Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers in the North Dakota area to promote and sell Golden Harvest seeds.
• Educate farmers on the benefits and features of Golden Harvest products, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions for their operations.
• Work closely with the Fossco Ag team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure farmer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively communicate relevant information to farmers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth for the company.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with farmers and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of agricultural practices and the ability to understand and communicate technical information to farmers.
• Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Ability to work independently to achieve common goals.
• Proficiency in using technology and tools to manage sales activities and track customer interactions.

• Availability to travel to various locations within the North Dakota area as needed.
